Backpacks or bags are not permitted inside our facility on Friday and Saturday nights. Please leave them in your vehicle. Checked bags can be stored at the front counter, and a claim ticket will be provided.
Lost or Stolen Items:
Richmond Hill Pro Bowl is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Alcohol Policy: Consuming alcohol not sold by Richmond Hill Pro Bowl inside the building or in the parking lot is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities. Alcohol purchased from Richmond Hill Pro Bowl must remain within the building and is not to be taken outside.
Any of our staff smelling Cannabis as you are entering our premises we reserve the right not to served Alcohol, and depending on its severity, we reserve the right not to allow you into our facility
Underage Drinking: Anyone caught drinking underage or sharing drinks with anyone underage will be immediately asked to leave the facility.
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Outside Food and Beverage: No water bottles, coffee, or food from outside are allowed inside the facility.
No exceptions.
Lane oiling will be reserved exclusively for league play. Please see League Schedule times lanes will be oiled. Lanes will not be oiled outside these times.
