• Minimum Guest Count: A minimum of 10 children is required to book these packages.

• No Mix-and-Match: To help our kitchen serve your party quickly and efficiently, you must select one uniform meal choice for the whole group. Guests cannot mix and match between the Chicken Nugget Package and the Hot Dog Package.
• Group Choice: Please choose either the Chicken Nugget Package or the Hot Dog Package for all participating children in your party.

• Shoe Rental: Fully included for all participating children.

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
• Package Restrictions: Party package bookings and deposits are specific to event packages and cannot be applied toward standard open bowling or general snack bar purchases.
• Scheduling: To ensure our staff can properly clean and sanitize the space for your guests, we maintain a strict minimum 1-hour gap between scheduled parties.

To maintain our facility guidelines, outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited with only one sweet exception:

• ✅ Allowed: You are welcome to bring a traditional birthday cake or cupcakes.
• 🚫 Not Allowed: Ice cream cakes are strictly prohibited (as we cannot guarantee freezer storage).
• 🚫 No Outside Drinks: Outside water, pop, juice, or coffee are not permitted. All refreshments must be provided through your selected party package or purchased at our snack bar.

We want your celebration to be absolutely perfect! To help us keep our freshly renovated party rooms looking beautiful and safe for everyone, please respect the following decorating guidelines:

• 🚫 No Wall or Mirror Decorations: Please refrain from taping, tacking, or pinning balloons, banners, or signs to the walls and mirrors. Tape and adhesives can damage our brand-new paint and surfaces.
• 🪅 No Piñatas: For safety and liability reasons, piñatas are strictly prohibited inside the party rooms and facility.

Please carefully review these operational policies regarding guest capacity, outside food penalties, and child safety before your event.

Our kids' party packages are promotional offers designed specifically for children. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests in our facility:

• Capacity Limit: If you bring more than 8 additional guests (parents, adult spectators, or non-participating children) beyond the number of kids included in your package, you will be required to rent a second party room.
• Room Rental Fee: A charge of $100.00 per hour will apply to accommodate the extra guests invited to your event who are not covered by the child package.

We maintain a strict outside food and beverage policy.

• The Rule: Aside from your traditional birthday cake, no outside food or drinks are allowed.
• The Penalty: A $100.00 service fee will be automatically added to your final bill if any unauthorized food or drink items are brought into the facility without our prior consent at the time of the party.

The safety of our young bowlers is our top priority.

• Supervision: All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times.
• Unattended Children: Children cannot be left unattended anywhere in the facility, including the lanes, arcade, or party rooms.
